CCS / CPC–H Coder (Job code: CCS_CPH- 1)

Job Description

           We are looking for a dynamic individual, a proven leader and who others will look up to in an organization. This individual should also be eager to learn and willing to accept increasingly challenging roles in our organization.

We are currently looking for a certified CCS / CPC – H Coder. The person’s responsibility will include:

• Experience in coding process especially in inpatient coding with DRG knowledge
• ICD-10 knowledge
• Deliverable and capacity planning skill sets
• Quality check and monitoring
• Able to understand the medical documentation and code as per guidelines
• Understand and follow the process and instructions
• Follow the internal control documentation for the process and if any change required, report to the team lead

Desired Profile

Experience

• Candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience
• Should have performed as knowledge associate / team lead

Skill Set

• Must possess a CCS or CPC – H certification
• Good knowledge in medical coding process
• Ability to take detailed direction and follow through as instructed
• Good written and verbal communication skill

Educational Qualification: Any graduate with relevant experience
